The rings will be delivered to your letterbox. Feel, see, compare and try the rings on in the convenience of your home. You are allowed to borrow the rings for three days.
Pack the rings in the parcel they came in. Attach the accompanying lable above the old lable. Submit the package to a post office. Remember to obtain a receipt, this is a warranty of the return.
Our mock-up rings are copies of our collection and help you choose the right ring. They are available in European standard sizes, 53 for women and 64 for men, but may vary slightly. The mock-up rings are made of silver with cubic zirconias instead of gemstones, and we only send them out in silver – gold is not available.
The cost for borrowing mock-up rings is 40 EUR. Due to high demand, some models may have longer waiting times. The rings must be returned within three days unless otherwise agreed. If the rings are not returned, a fee of 200 EUR per ring will be charged.
In Sweden, we use Postnord Varubrev, which means the rings are delivered directly to your mailbox. For returns, they are dropped off at the nearest postal service point.
In Denmark, we use MyPack Collect or Box. The package is delivered to the nearest postal service point, and returns are made there as well.
In Norway, we use Bring, where the rings are delivered to your mailbox and returned via the nearest service point.

If you reside in any of the above countries, a delivery fee of 400 SEK will be charged for the mock-up loan.
