FREE SIZE ADJUSTMENT
All our rings are covered by our unique size adjustment policy. Within 90 days of recipiency, you are entitled to a free size adjustment of your ring, you only have to pay for the shipping if you are outside of Sweden or Denmark! Therefore, you do not have to worry about the fact that your ring is ordered in the wrong size, then we will take care of it. Need help finding the right size? Then order a free size tester!
RETURN POLICY WITHIN 90 DAYS
If you are not completely satisfied with anything you have ordered, there is a possibility to make a return or change within 90 days, starting when your pick-up location receives the item. To return a product, it is required that the product is in the same condition as when new, that all documentation is returned, and that all packaging (except for outer packaging) is in resalable condition. If your ring is engraved, you are still able to return it. However we will charge you €100 to restore it.
For those goods not covered by the EU policy for returns, we offer you the opportunity to access our return policy. The use is limited to a return of one item per customer, and applies to the following items:

Other standard jewelry made on request
Special orders such as custom-designed rings (also called CAD rings), rings from our standard range that has been customized (eg changed measurements), or other types of custom ordered products, are not covered by our return policy. All orders exceeding €10 000 are not covered by our return policy.
Returns are free within Sweden and Denmark. It costs 600 NOK to make a return from Norway. For shipping to and from other countries, please find information in FedEx ratefinder

DELIVERY TIME
We understand that you are looking forward to getting your order, and we always work to deliver as fast as possible without compromising the quality of your product. All of our products are manufactured by order, which means that delivery time differs between different products depending on manufacturing time. Our general delivery time looks like the following:
Jewelry set with diamonds: 20 - 25 working days Plain ring: 10-15 working days Loose diamond: 5 - 10 working days.
Please note that these are working days, therefore, be aware that orders made around holidays are affected by this.
IN A HURRY? (DEADLINE)
Sometimes it is urgent to get your order. Always contact us if you have a deadline for your order so we are aware of this and have a greater chance of helping you. We always want to deliver in time for a proposal, wedding or other occasions, and by notifying us of your deadline we can find a solution that suits you.
EXPRESS
We are able to make some jewelry even faster if you use our express service. It is mainly for solitaire rings and plain rings we can use this service. When making an express order we put an extra resource into our production focusing on your order. The price for this service is $ 115 (about €100). Contact us if you are interested in this and we will investigate the possibilities for the products you are interested in.
##SHIPPING For us it is incredibly important that our deliveries are shipped quickly and safely to your customers. Therefore, we are very careful when choosing which ways of shipping that are offered. All our deliveries are sent in unlabeled boxes, as we know that many orders are a secret.
FEDEX
FedEx International Priority suits you who have the opportunity to receive package daytime (delivery times are between 08.00-18.00). This is a so-called "door-to-door" service, which means that someone must be available to receive the package at the specified address. Here we want to advise you who can receive packages on your job to enter your workplace as the shipping address at the checkout (please specify the workplace name to facilitate the driver).
SAFE TRANSPORTS
All of our shipments are shipped in a safe way. Everything is fully insured, if something would happen to the shipment. Please contact us if you have questions about this.

UPDATES TO PRICES
Our prices are updated on a regular basis based on our costs. These costs are based on exchange rates and commodity prices. By continuously updating our prices, we always offer the right price to the customer. You will be charged at the price for the time of order. Prices that change between order date and delivery will not affect prices for ordered but not yet delivered orders.
RESERVATION FOR ERROR
We reserve ourselves for any printing and writing errors. Should an incorrect price occur, VANBRUUN will reserve the right to change the price afterwards.
PAYMENT METHOD
KLARNA
All purchases directly on the website are handled via Klarna Checkout. Here you will always be able to pay by card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club). In countries possible, we also offer the possibility to purchase via invoice through Klarna. Please note that there is a limit of €10 000 per purchase via Klarna, please contact us if your order has a value exceeding this.

You can also prepay directly to our bank account. Contact us if you wish this and we will help you directly.
